Contact
Three ways to book
Call the clinic reception to book an appointment, send an online enquiry, or reach the physio directly for NDIS, Aged Care and home visits.
Call the clinic
Reception at the medical centre books appointments for that clinic.
Contact the physio directly
For NDIS, Aged Care, home visits and general enquiries. These are arranged with the physio rather than a medical centre, so this is the number for them. For a clinic appointment, call the reception numbers above.
Book online
Send an enquiry or email us, and our team will get back to you to confirm a time that suits.

Find answers to common questions about our services and booking process.
How do I book?
Call the clinic you want to visit: Auburn on (02) 9649 6027, or Lakemba on (02) 9759 0947. Reception holds the live diary for each clinic.
What is the mobile number for?
NDIS enquiries and anything urgent. It is the physio's direct line rather than a booking line, so appointments still go through reception.
Do I need a referral?
No, not for most services. A referral is only needed for Medicare EPC, WorkCover, or CTP.
When are you open?
Auburn four days a week, Lakemba two.

What should I bring?
Any referrals, scans or reports, comfortable clothing, and your Medicare or NDIS details.
