We collect information you provide when you book, enquire, or attend an appointment, such as your name, contact details, and relevant health information. We only collect what we need to provide your care.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and manage your care, communicate with you, process funding and claims, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosure

We may share information with your GP, specialists, insurers, or funding bodies where relevant to your care, and only with your consent or where required by law.

Appointments at our Auburn and Lakemba clinics are booked through the reception of the medical centre we practise inside, so that centre also handles your booking details.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.

Third-party services on this website

The clinic maps on our contact and location pages are embedded from Google Maps, which may set cookies when the map loads.

Online bookings on this site are taken through Cliniko, our practice management system. When you use the booking calendar on our NDIS or Aged Care pages, the booking is handled by Cliniko and any details you enter go to them as well as to us. Cliniko stores its Australian customers' data in Australia. Their privacy policy is at cliniko.com/privacy.

Enquiry forms are delivered by email through our web provider, and are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.

We use Fathom Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other websites. We also use Google Analytics, which does set cookies, to see which pages people find useful. We use it for site measurement only, never for advertising, and you can block cookies in your browser settings if you would rather we did not.
