About the area
Physiotherapy for the Berala community
Berala is a quiet, settled pocket built around the station and the shops on Woodburn Road. Older brick homes that have not changed hands in decades sit alongside newer townhouses closer to the line, and the result is a genuine mix: families who have been here for generations, and younger households who have arrived in the last few years.
That mix shows up in what people bring us. Older residents want to stay steady on their feet, keep driving, and keep the garden going. Parents come in with back and shoulder pain from lifting children and long commutes. Younger locals turn up after weekend sport or a session at the gym. Almost none of it needs a hospital, and none of it should mean a trip into Parramatta and back.

Why locals come to us
How we help Berala
What our Auburn team does for Berala residents in particular.
Staying steady at home
Balance, strength, and falls-prevention programs for older Berala residents. Home visits are available for eligible NDIS and WorkCover patients, so for some people there is no travel at all.
Everyday pain, seen this week
Back, neck, and shoulder pain from lifting, commuting, and desk work. Auburn runs until 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays, so an appointment does not have to cost you a day of leave.
Rehab that fits your week
Exercise physiology programs you can do at home or at your own gym, built around what you are actually trying to get back to rather than a generic sheet of exercises.
