Finding us
- Find the door. Level 1, above NAS Advanced Medical Centre. Come through the medical centre front door on Auburn Road, or use the smaller door beside it that leads straight up to physio.
- Parking. Street parking on Auburn Road and Harrow Road, plus nearby public car parks. Driving in, the Harrow Road back entrance is usually easiest.
- Public transport. A short walk from Auburn station, with bus routes running along Auburn Road.
Our Auburn clinic is upstairs at NAS Advanced Medical Centre on Auburn Road, a short walk from Auburn station. Look for the Step By Step Physio sign in the front window.
It is home to our full allied health team, and we welcome patients from Auburn and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs, including NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, and Medicare EPC referrals.

Your first visit
What to expect when you come in, so there are no surprises on the day.
Allow about an hour
A first appointment runs longer than a follow-up. We take a full history, assess how you are moving, and agree a plan with you before you leave.
What to bring
Any scans, reports or a GP referral if you have them, plus your claim or plan number for WorkCover, CTP, NDIS or Medicare EPC. If you have none of that, come anyway and we will sort it out.
What to wear
Something you can move comfortably in. We may need to see the joint or area we are treating, so loose clothing helps.
How it is paid for
We work with NDIS, WorkCover, CTP and Medicare EPC, as well as private and health-fund patients. Reception can confirm what applies to you when you book.

Where exactly is the Auburn clinic?
We are upstairs at NAS Advanced Medical Centre, 79 Auburn Road, Auburn NSW 2144. There are three ways in: the medical centre front door on Auburn Road, a smaller door beside that front entrance that leads straight up to physio, and a back entrance from Harrow Road.
Is there parking at the Auburn clinic?
There is street parking on Auburn Road and Harrow Road, along with nearby public car parks. If you are driving, the Harrow Road back entrance is usually the easiest way in. Auburn station is also a short walk away.
Do I need a GP referral to book?
No, you can book a private appointment directly. A referral is needed for Medicare EPC, and you will need a claim number for WorkCover or CTP. We can help you work out which applies to you.
