About us
Allied health, with you every step
Step By Step Physio supports the Auburn and Lakemba community with personalised, multidisciplinary care.
Care that puts you first
We are a multidisciplinary allied health clinic serving Auburn, Lakemba, and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs from two convenient clinics.
Our team brings together physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and more, so you can access the support you need under one roof.
We take the time to understand your goals and build a plan around what matters to you, whether that is returning to work, sport, or everyday activities.

Amrita supports people through injury recovery, ongoing pain, and mobility goals. She builds practical, achievable programs and reviews them with you regularly so your care keeps pace with your progress.

Daniel Ryan

Daniel designs structured exercise programs for injury recovery, chronic condition management, and NDIS movement goals. He works at a pace that suits you and adjusts your program as your strength and confidence build.
Registration and standards
Who you are being treated by
Physiotherapy is a protected title in Australia, so you can check any of our practitioners on the public register.
Registered physiotherapists
Only a practitioner registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia may use the title "physiotherapist". Our physiotherapists are registered through AHPRA, and you can look up any registered practitioner by name yourself.
Search the AHPRA registerFunded and scheme-based care
We work with NDIS participants, and with WorkCover and CTP claims regulated by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority in NSW. Each funding page explains how the scheme works with us and links to the body that sets the rules.
See how funding worksInside established medical centres
We practise from NAS Advanced Medical Centre in Auburn and United Medical Centre in Lakemba, using their consulting rooms and reception. That is why appointments are booked through each centre rather than a separate practice line.
