Your first visit
What to expect when you come in, so there are no surprises on the day.
Allow about an hour
A first appointment runs longer than a follow-up. We take a full history, assess how you are moving, and agree a plan with you before you leave.
What to bring
Any scans, reports or a GP referral if you have them, plus your claim or plan number for WorkCover, CTP, NDIS or Medicare EPC. If you have none of that, come anyway and we will sort it out.
What to wear
Something you can move comfortably in. We may need to see the joint or area we are treating, so loose clothing helps.
How it is paid for
We work with NDIS, WorkCover, CTP and Medicare EPC, as well as private and health-fund patients. Reception can confirm what applies to you when you book.

What days is the Lakemba clinic open?
Lakemba is open Tuesday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. If those days do not suit, our Auburn clinic on Auburn Road is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
How do I get there without a car?
Lakemba station is a short walk away and buses run along Haldon Street. If you are driving, there is street parking nearby on and around Haldon Street.
