Bookings
Do I need a referral?
Most services can be booked without a referral. A GP referral is only needed for Medicare EPC, WorkCover, or CTP claims.
How do I book an appointment?
Call either clinic or send an online enquiry and our team will confirm a time that suits you.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any referrals, scans or reports, comfortable clothing, and your Medicare or NDIS details.
Can I get home visits?
Yes, home visits are available for eligible NDIS and WorkCover patients across Auburn and Lakemba.
Fees and funding
Do you bulk bill?
We bulk bill eligible Medicare EPC referrals. Ask our reception team about your funding options.
Do you support NDIS plans?
Yes. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and eligible agency-managed NDIS participants across our services.
Can you manage my WorkCover or CTP claim?
Yes. Our team helps manage the paperwork and liaises with your insurer so you can focus on recovery.
Your care
How long is an appointment?
Initial appointments are usually longer to allow time for a full assessment. Your therapist will let you know what to expect.
Which services are at each clinic?
Both clinics offer physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and remedial massage. Occupational therapy and speech pathology are based at Auburn.
